Project Process
- Introduction and Scope
1.1 These Terms govern the agreement between Wallcleanservice (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) for exterior cleaning services booked via www.wallcleanservice.com.
1.2 Our registered business address is Initial Business Centre, Wilsons Park, Monsall Road, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom. You may contact us via email at port@wallcleanservice.com or by telephone at +44 7470 669502.
1.3 By submitting a booking request, paying a project deposit, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are designed to comply with applicable consumer protection regulations in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States.
- Service Booking and Consultation Process
2.1 Initial Inquiry: Customers submit project details and requirements via our website contact form.
2.2 Consultation and Scoping: Following the inquiry, our team communicates with you to evaluate project specifics, site accessibility, and specific cleaning requirements.
2.3 Quotation: Based on the agreed scope, we provide a detailed service quotation. Quotations remain valid for 14 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
2.4 Deposit and Booking Confirmation: To secure a scheduled execution date, a non-refundable project deposit (as specified in your quotation) must be paid online via our authorized payment processor, Stripe. Your booking is formally confirmed only upon receipt of cleared deposit funds and our written confirmation.
- Service Execution and Timeline
3.1 Site Access: You agree to provide unhindered access to the property, water sources, and electricity supplies necessary for the execution of the exterior cleaning services at the agreed date and time.
3.2 Execution Timeline: On-site execution takes place on the date confirmed during the booking process. Standard project durations are estimated during consultation; however, completion times may vary due to environmental conditions, weather constraints, or unforeseen site complexities.
3.3 Schedule Modifications: Either party may request a rescheduling of the service date. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the project deposit.
- Project Delivery, Inspection, and Acceptance
4.1 Project Delivery: Upon completion of the on-site work, our team will notify you that the service delivery phase is complete.
4.2 Inspection Period: You or your authorized representative are required to inspect the cleaned surfaces within 48 hours of project delivery.
4.3 Acceptance: The project shall be deemed formally accepted unless you submit a detailed, written notice of any specific operational deficiencies within the 48-hour inspection window. Final balance payments become due immediately upon project delivery acceptance.
- Pricing, Billing, and Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Structure: Payments are structured in two milestones: a project deposit required prior to scheduling, and the remaining balance due immediately upon project delivery.
5.2 Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency specified at checkout.
5.3 Late Payments: Outstanding balances remaining unpaid after the due date may accrue interest at the maximum statutory rate permitted under applicable local laws (including the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable) until paid in full.
- Cancellations, Refunds, and Statutory Rights
6.1 Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK & EU): If you are contracting as a consumer under UK and EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of booking without giving any reason, provided that the service has not been fully performed.
6.2 Waiver of Cancellation: By requesting service execution to commence within the 14-day cancellation window, you expressly acknowledge that you lose your statutory cancellation right once the service has been fully performed.
6.3 Deposit Refunds: Project deposits cover preliminary administrative, scheduling, and logistical allocation. Deposits are refundable only if we cancel the booking prior to service commencement or if cancellation is requested outside the non-refundable window specified in your specific service agreement.
- Limitation of Liability and Warranties
7.1 We perform all exterior cleaning services with reasonable care and skill, adhering to standard industry practices.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the provision of services shall be strictly limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by you for the specific project in question.
7.3 We shall not be held liable for pre-existing structural damage, hidden wear and tear, delicate surfaces not disclosed prior to service, or damages resulting from inadequate property maintenance prior to our intervention.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 For customers contracting within the United Kingdom, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8.2 For customers contracting within the European Union or the United States, disputes shall be handled in accordance with mandatory local consumer protection laws and designated competent legal forums.
